SPRINKLER INSTALLATION APPRENTICE:

For motivated individuals who would like to enter a well-paying, rewarding career. Apprentices will be trained through rigorous on the job training by experienced supervisors and will gain code knowledge through enrollment in the AFSA Contren Learning Series of books and tests. Bilingual a plus. No previous experience necessary, although any previous plumbing or construction site experience is a plus.

SPRINKLER INSTALLATION FOREMAN:

Individuals that already possess fire sprinkler installation experience will be started at an appropriate point on our pay scale. To qualify as a foreman, 4 or more years of field experience is required. Experience in steel, CPVC, and copper pipe is required as well as dry pipe, pre-action, and antifreeze sprinkler systems. Bilingual a plus.

SPRINKLER DESIGN TECHNICIAN:

Layout, calculate, submit, and stocklist fire protection drawings. Any previous sprinkler design or AutoCAD experience is a plus. We utilize AutoCAD 2007, OmniCADD, and HASS in the preparation of sprinkler drawings and calculations. Must have strong working knowledge of Windows XP and Microsoft Office. Pay commensurate with experience.
